Diana is the special education and litigation practice leader at Posternock Apell, PC. With close to 25 years of experience as a litigator and negotiator, she finds her work in the field of Special Education particularly important and fulfilling. As the mother of a child with special needs, Diana has also experienced first hand the anxiety associated with being the parent of a student who requires additional or different resources.​

It is Diana’s unique perspective, combined with her litigation background and Special Education experience, which causes her to pursue a cooperative solution between the families she represents and their child’s school whenever possible. Diana is a skilled litigator and prepared to go to court when necessary. But she knows from experience that litigation is often expensive, unpredictable, and stressful – it is with this in mind that she helps families achieve their educational goals for their children by bridging the gap between families and schools.

Diana received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 1994, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Delaware.
